Documents required for sales tax registration with FBR

Following information/documents are required:

1. Copies of CNIC, Mobile (Name of Current Network Provider) and Email ID of Directors / Owner;
2. Copy of Last Paid Electricity Bill of Office;
3. Attested Copy of Rent Deed of the Offices;
4. Office Pictures Showing Company Sign Board;
5. Picture of Office Electricity Meter.
6. Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association of The Company and Certificate of Incorporation;
7. Bank Account Maintenance Certificate;
8. Copy of NTN Certificate of The Company.

Note: After Registration, Bio-Metric Verification Through NADA Kiosk.
